A single, complete and accurate application or request is submitted to the advisers' choice of providers, saving time, effort and paperwork.
Agency Registration makes advisers' initial applications easy, whilst Agency Administration enables advisers to notify changes to providers including changes of name, address, company details, personnel, transfers of business and changes to existing agency details. The Letters of Authority facility allows advisers to request information on client’s policies or to notify providers of the client’s new servicing adviser. Providers use the service to confirm completion of changes to advisers, so saving further chasing phone calls.
