In issuing certificates under the Origo Certificate Services Scheme (the “Scheme”), Origo Services Limited (“Origo”) warrant that they will follow the procedures set out in the Process Document and the Certification Practice Statement. Other than as set out above: Origo make no warranties or representations regarding the Scheme; and Origo exclude all liability in relation to the Scheme (other than in relation to death or personal injury).
