Unipass Securemail

There is increasing focus on the risks associated with use of email for customers’ personal and financial details, with Data Protection issues to the fore.

There are a number of different secure email systems emerging to address this, which is likely to cause operational difficulties as providers and advisers attempt to use different systems with each other.

Origo has therefore partnered with Trend Micro to launch Unipass Securemail. Unipass Securemail enables parties to send each other encrypted email, using existing email software. Unipass Securemail is available to providers for use in the adviser, other B2B and B2C channels, and across the whole enterprise.

For advisers, use of Unipass Securemail is free, unless the size of your organisation dictates a more formal technical infrastructure.
