Auto Enrolment |
Origo is collaborating with product providers, scheme administrators, HR payroll providers, automatic enrolment solution providers and other interested stakeholders to develop a suite of Automatic Enrolment Data Messaging Standards, in both XML and CSV data formats. | Research |
Contract Enquiry for Protection and Annuities |
This research is examining whether electronic data exchanges would benefit the industry, particularly when reviewing a Client's provision for Protection and Annuity products. Protection and Annuity products can have features which vary over time and no standardised electronic format exists for delivering this information to Advisers. Benefits have been realised through Origo's Contract Enquiry standard for other product types and this research will determine if similar benefits would accrue if this or a similar approach was developed for these currently out-of-scope contracts. For further information please contact us. |

Legal Framework Feasibility Study |
Version 3 of the Legal Framework (LF) was introduced in 2010 to accommodate appropriate business models at that time. New business models are emerging, many driven by Auto Enrolment that would benefit from a new version of the LF. The objective of this Feasibility Study is to determine the scope and demand for a new version of the Legal Framework. For further information please contact us. |

This will include identifying factors currently existing in the Origo Standards as well as possible new factors for consideration in the Standards. It will also investigate if there is a requirement for a revised approach to assessment of occupation risk and will identify any outline changes required to existing Origo Standards. For further information, please contact us. |

Fund Codes |
This research is to identify and describe issues encountered by Advisers in attempting to understand the composition of a client's whole portfolio. It will identify what, if any, loss or detriment may be caused to Advisers and/or Clients by the uncertainty around Fund Codes, and where possible quantify that detriment and assess potential solutions that can be taken forward to alleviate the problems.
